Rock Legal provides medical lien negotiation and balance resolution services for plaintiff personal injury cases. Services are limited to communication with lienholders, imaging centers, surgical centers, and medical providers on behalf of the attorney of record.

All case data is stored on HIPAA-compliant AWS infrastructure covered under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Case documents are automatically deleted 90 days after upload. PHI is never shared with third parties except medical providers and lienholders directly involved in the case.

The submitting attorney certifies that all submitted bills and ledgers are final versions, that they are authorized to act on behalf of their client, and that a valid HIPAA authorization will be obtained within 24 hours of case submission.
